Strident. Young. Dumb. Great.
This turn of phrase was first coined by former Grantland Editor Sean Fenessey in his farewell ode to the ground-breaking, culture-making site.
In the note, Fenessey describes the culture of a "profoundly talented" start up, filled with people that were "open-minded, thoughtful, engaged, desperate to improve."
That is the kind of the agency we want to be.
That is the kind of people we want to have.
Sparks fly when great ideas meet finessed execution.
DUMB
Dumb is staying silent. Dumb is not trying. Elevating the work we do into newness means we sometimes fail, and that's okay.
YOUNG
Our greatest fear is stasis and obsolescence. We are determined to outpace irrelevance with innovation.
GREAT
Everything we do is meant to inspire greatness in our work and people.
